Applications for the VI edition of the “Summer School on European and Comparative Company Law: Capital Markets“, are now open. The School will take place from July 12 to July 20, 2019 and lectures will be held from Monday to Friday (2 – 8 pm) and on Saturday (9 am – 1.30 pm), in Rome.
Courses will specifically focus on IPOs, Takeover Bids, Market Abuses, Shareholders’ Rights, Bond Issuance, with a comparative eye on the EU framework. The last day will be dedicated to a final symposium with international guests on a trend topic in Capital Markets Law.
LUISS University provides for a limited amount of accommodation at a discounted rate.
