We understand that starting university can be daunting. It’s natural to feel nervous and it can be a while before you feel like you’ve found your feet.

The Student Wellbeing Service runs a webinar via Blackboard Collaborate, which will provide you with useful tips and strategies to help you navigate and adjust to University life. You can also break out into smaller groups and ask questions towards the end of the session.

The webinar will cover the following topics:

  • Managing expectations
  • Looking after your wellbeing
  • Developing a support system.
